We do not hack, breach, or otherwise obtain data unlawfully. All surveillance activities are conducted in accordance with applicable UK law and data protection requirements.

Our Clients: As part of the investigation report or services you have commissioned
Legal/Insurance Professionals: Including solicitors, barristers, and insurers where appropriate
Law Enforcement Authorities: Where required by law, court order, or where necessary to prevent or detect crime
Service Providers – Including IT, accounting, and cloud storage providers. Where appropriate, these providers are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations
Contractors – Vetted freelance investigators who are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements

We do not sell your personal data.

Where we use contractors or service providers outside the UK, for example in the Philippines, personal data will be transferred in accordance with applicable UK GDPR requirements.

Contractor data: 6 years after the last payment where required for HMRC and tax purposes
